Obesity is one of the treaths to human health and well being as the 21st century approaches. The reasons for obesity in children are unhealthy eating habits, lack of physical activities and genetics factors. Obesity is a national problem because recent research show that a quarter of Australian children are obese and 80 percent of obese children has become adult obese in later life. The processed foods , junk foods and addicted foods problems are leading to the overweight population. Childhood obesity is related inconsiderable health consequences, such as hyper tension, type II diabetes, sleep apnoea and serious surgery. Also, obese children have low-esteem and social difficulties and it leads to a serious burden to the community. Therefore, parents is the important role of preventing childhood obesity from home. For example, parents should avoid to purchase processed foods, junk foods and also help the children to know what is the nutritious foods for daily life. Another fact is that set a goal for achievement, such as take physical activities with families, reduce watching T.V, reduce to eat takeway food once a week and parents need to be praised and recorded when they change their eating habits and behavious. It is the best ways of healthy lifestyle from each family.

Report Cards
I had read the report of education article about education initiative. In my view, the minister of education minister refused the idea of Joel Klein's ideology which is focused on school performance . That is educational disaster and lead to unfair comparisons of difference between of teachers and compositions of classess.

EFS , Granville
Hi, MY name is Myint Ni. Today is the first day of studying in Granville college. I was very exciting as i worried about my barries of personal problem that i am pregnant. But i won't let me get down on my problems. I would like to finish EFS course, improve English skills, bulid a good family life at the same time which is not easy going. I'll do my best and keep trying to study for University.
